Armed Force Covenant

At Beesley and Fildes, we are proud to join the Armed Forces Covenant and commit to supporting the Armed Forces Community. We value the contribution that Service personnel, regular and reservist, veterans, and military families make to our organization, our community, and our nation.

 

The Armed Forces Covenant is a pledge from the country to those who serve, and their families, to ensure they are treated equitably and not disadvantaged in life. The Covenant is dependent upon individuals, communities, and businesses of the UK to be actively involved and show their support.

 

The government has promised to support the Armed Forces Community through collaborations with organizations that have signed the Covenant. It is an opportunity for people to join and make a positive difference in their own community.

 

To maintain our reputation as a force-friendly employer we Beesley and Fildes have chosen to become a force-friendly employer and have joined the ranks of the over 9,000 other companies in the country that have signed the covenant. We strongly support the essential ideals of the Covenant and are delighted to be a part of it. We have already achieved Bronze Award status.
