Our concrete roof tiles are produced with high quality and precision and designed to meet the needs of our clients with both cost-effectiveness and sustainability in mind. Manufactured using state-of-the-art machinery, these tiles come in a variety of profiles and colour options to suit any project.
The Duo Thin Flat Tile measures 420mm x 334mm and has a thickness of 21mm. Each tile weighs 4.7kg. A minimum headlap of 75mm is required for normal exposure, supporting a minimum pitch of 22.5°. If a 100mm headlap is utilised, the minimum pitch is reduced to 17.5°. The tile offers a covering capacity of 9.7 tiles per square metre with a 75mm headlap and 10.5 tiles per square metre with a 100mm headlap. The weight of tiling is 45kg/m² at a 75mm headlap, increasing to 49kg/m² at a 100mm headlap.
We recommend using battens measuring 50mm x 25mm, suitable for rafters not exceeding 600mm centre-to-centre. Each tile is fixed with a 40mm x 3.35mm aluminium alloy nail. Available in Rustic Red, Anthracite Grey, Terracotta, Black, and Brown, the tiles are packed with 38 tiles per band and 228 tiles per pallet, weighing a total of 1086kg.
