Our Concrete Roof Tiles, machine-produced to ensure consistency and excellence, are available in a variety of profiles and colour options including Rustic Red, Anthracite Grey, Terracotta, Black, and Brown. The Thin Flat Tile, in particular, offers a sleek and modern look suitable for various architectural styles.
Key specifications include a size of 420mm x 334mm, a thickness of 21mm, and a weight of 4.7kg. For installation, the minimum headlap required is 75mm for normal exposure, and it can be installed at pitches as low as 17.5° with a 100mm headlap. Each tile provides a cover width of 305mm, with a covering capacity of up to 10.5 tiles per square metre depending on the headlap used.
For those handling installation, the recommended batten size is 50 x 25mm, supporting rafters not exceeding 600mm centre-to-centre. Our tiles are conveniently packaged, with 38 tiles per band and 228 tiles per pallet, making transportation and storage straightforward.
