K Rend Silicone Render

K Rend Silicone FT incorporates silicone technology and provides a fine texture finish. This is ideal for hand application and is used for adding a finish to buildings. 

Silicone Scraped Texture

K Rend Silicone Scraped Texture Renders form an attractive range of one-coat applications plastered directly onto block work. 

They can be used as a finish in conjunction with a K Rend Base Coat and hold the prestigious kitemark licence to BS EN998:2003. There are 20 standard colours for the scraped texture range. 

Special colours are also available from a customisable pallet upon request.

The Benefits of K Rend Silicone Render

Silicone renders are highly water repellent, ideal for outside use and various weather conditions. They allow the building exterior to breathe, whilst preventing the ingress of water.

K Rend Acrylic Bonding

For a more secure finish, use K rend acrylic bonding with the silicone render for better bonding. 

This is applied before the silicone render to improve the adhesion of the render to the surface of your wall. This is particularly beneficial for challenging surfaces, such as smooth concrete, existing render, or other non-porous materials.

Once applied, this reduces the risk of delamination or cracking, adding to the durability of the render.
