This high-performance, versatile, through-coloured decorative render is designed for masonry and concrete walls. It offers a breathable, weather-resistant finish, and it’s available in 48 different colours; parex monorex GM is perfect for any application.
With excellent surface hardening, this provides a long-lasting application and an attractive appearance for exterior walls. Designed for one or two-coat applications, it can be applied by hand or machine spraying for different finishes. This includes medium-scraped, light Tyrolean, or heavy roughcast textures.

Parex Monorex GM meets the stringent standards of the NHBC 2017 Chapter 6.11 Render; it’s ideal for creating a robust and aesthetically pleasing finish, even in harsh weather conditions.
A substrate porosity regulator, like Micro Gobetis 3000, should be used to guarantee optimal adhesion and durability for substrates with low porosity. The following blocks should not be rendered without an application of MICRO GOBETIS 3000:
With a minimum thickness of 15 mm, it can withstand sheltered to severe exposure zones. For severe environments, 20 mm thickness offers the ultimate protection.
