Gender Pay Gap 

This is the first time the company has been required to submit gender pay gap information, therefore there is no comparative year-on-year data. This will be available in our 2024 submission/statement.

Although we encourage applicants from all genders, we typically attract more male applicants due to the nature of our work our female population tends to work predominately in office-based roles.

The data does not include J Whitakers and Sons, who are a separate business and do not meet the requirements for reporting.
